- Pre-orders must be placed 3 days in advance (excluding the day of order, day of delivery, eves, and public holidays) at any Polar retail outlet or through our website.
- The last day for pre-orders is 12 Sep, 12pm.
- The last day for collection at retail outlets is 17 Sep 2024.
- Full payment is required upon ordering and is non-refundable. Strictly no cancellations are allowed.

Delivery
- Delivery service is available for pre-orders with a minimum spend of $50.
- An additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery to special locations: Sentosa, Marina Bay, and Tuas area.
- An additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery during festive and peak periods.
- No delivery service is available to Jurong Island, army camps, restricted areas, and cargo areas.
- Delivery time slots are: 7am to 9am*, 9am to 11am, 12pm to 2pm*, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm. (*Delivery time slot not available for online ordering.)
