Terms and Conditions

• All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
• All images used are for illustration purposes only. Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
• Cake sizes and shapes may vary depending on the weight of the cake order or customization.
• All orders are subjected to acceptance based on product’s availability, design, and flavours.
• The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• For cakes sizes from Petite to Extra Large (up to 2KG), and tokidoki series cakes, 3 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) advanced order is required.
• For cakes sizes from Super Large to Super Jumbo (3KG to 5KG), 5 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) advanced order is required.
• For 3D cakes, please order at least 7 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) in advance.
• All orders processes will cut off on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday), before 2pm. Orders after 2pm will processed on the following working day.
• Orders can be placed up to a maximum of 30 days in advance of the intended date of delivery.
• All online orders will only be confirmed upon full payment received. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

• Goods received in good order and conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly check your items before leaving our outlet (for self-collection) and upon delivery.

• Strictly no cancellation of orders will be permitted.
• Changing of orders will be subjected to acceptance based on the following conditions:

• The Management reserves the right to accept any change request based on the available resources and manpower to facilitate the necessary requirements.

• All vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, and stacking of vouchers.
• All physical vouchers are only valid for use at Polar Puffs & Cakes retail outlets in Singapore.
• All vouchers purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Strictly no extension of the voucher’s validity will be permitted.
• Polar Puffs & Cakes will not accept any voucher which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, is or appears to be counterfeit, has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be altered, defaced, damaged or tampered with.
• No replacement of voucher will be issued if it is lost or damaged.
• The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Polar Puffs & Cakes reserves the right to reject any images submitted for Photocakes that are in violation of copyrights and/or deemed inappropriate.
Image content including but not limited to:

People/Characters

• Licensed characters (such as Frozen, Paw Patrol, Pokemon, etc...)
• Celebrities
• Public figure
• Boy/girl bands

Inappropriate Content

• Profanity
• Racially and/or religiously insensitive
• Adult content
• Politics
• Weapons and/or illegal activities

Retail Orders

• Basic delivery charge per order is calculated based on per location and minimum spending.

1. For minimum spending of $25, the delivery charge is at $18.
2. For minimum spending of $50, the delivery charge is at $12.
3. For minimum spending of $100, the delivery charge is at $6.
4. For minimum spending of $160, the delivery charge is free of charge.
5. For 3D cake orders, the delivery charge is free of charge. No self-collection option for 3D cake orders.

Online Orders

• Basic delivery charge per order is calculated based on per location and minimum spending.

1. For minimum spending of $25 to $49.99, the delivery charge is at $8.
2. For minimum spending of $50 and above, the delivery charge is free of charge.
3. For 3D cake orders, the delivery charge is free of charge. No self-collection option for 3D cake orders.

• Surcharges are applicable for the following conditions:

1. For special locations, it will be an additional $10 on top of the basic delivery charge. Special locations are MBS, Sentosa and Tuas area.
2. For re-delivery, it will be an additional $8 for a single location.

Retail & Online Orders

• Minimum spending will be the total dollar value before delivery charges, and after applying all privileges, vouchers, promotion code and discounts.
• Strictly no delivery service provided to Jurong Island, Army Camps, Restricted areas, and Cargo areas.

• Delivery orders must be checked by recipient and shall be deemed accepted if no discrepancies were raised immediately upon delivery.
• Polar Puffs & Cakes shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Polar Puffs & Cakes shall not be liable or responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given
