- Last day of collection at all retail outlets is 31 Mar 2025.
- Last day of collection at One Raffles Place is 28 Mar 2025.
- Full payment is required upon ordering and is non-refundable. Strictly no cancellation is allowed.

Delivery:
- Delivery service is available for pre-orders with a minimum spending of $50.
- Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery to special locations – Sentosa, Marina Bay and Tuas area.
- Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery during festive and peak periods, from 17 to 31 Mar 2025.
- Strictly no delivery service to Jurong Island, Army camps, restricted areas, and cargo areas.
