The current Polaris membership program was discontinued on 1 April. Signing up for Polaris+ ensures you continue receiving updates and enjoy all the new membership perks.
What is the Polaris+ programme?
Polaris+ is our updated membership programme where members can earn points from their spendings at Polar Puffs & Cakes retail outlets and online via our website.
Is there a fee to join Polaris+?
No, signing up as a Polaris+ member is completely free, and you will start at the Member tier.
Can I enjoy my Polaris+ privileges immediately upon registration?
Yes, once your registration is successful, you may start earning points and redeeming your Welcome Vouchers right away.
How can I earn Polaris+ points?
Points are awarded based on your tier level (Member, Regular or Prestige). You will earn 1, 1.5 or 2 points per $1 spent respectively, with no minimum spend required. Points can be earned on purchases made at our retail stores or online via our website.
How are Polaris+ points calculated?
Points are based on the total amount spent after applying all discounts and vouchers.
Do I need to be physically present in-store to earn points and use my membership vouchers?
Yes, to prevent misuse, you must be physically present at the store to earn points or redeem your vouchers.
Do points earned online and in-store accumulate together?
Yes, points from both online and in-store purchases are combined into your single Polaris+ account.
How long is the membership cycle?
Each membership cycle lasts 12 months from the date of joining and will automatically renews for a lifetime.
How do I get upgraded to the Regular tier?
To be upgraded to the Regular tier, you must spend at least $480 within 360 days. Your membership cycle will reset once you reach the Regular tier.
How do I get upgraded to Prestige tier?
To be upgraded to the Prestige tier, you must spend at least $960 within 360 days. Your membership cycle will reset once you reach the Prestige tier.
How do I maintain my Prestige tier status?
To maintain your Prestige tier status, you must spend at least $960 within 360 days of being upgraded to Prestige.
How will my membership status be verified?
For in-store purchases, simply enter your mobile number at the checkout, and our staff will retrieve your membership details.
