2. Grease a 23 cm x 13 cm or a 20.3 cm x 10.1 cm loaf pan

10. Cover with cling film and chill for at least 6 hours

9. Add sour cream then beat until smooth

12. Let it cool for 10 minutes

13. Lift the cake out of the pan and let it cool completely

14. For the frosting, beat cream cheese, sugar, passion fruit juice and butter together for about 5 minutes

15. Spread over top of cake and drizzle with passion-fruit pulp
