  1. Is the $1 Curry Puff physical voucher available for purchase?
    In view of the nation-wide effort of going digitalized and going green, we will not be offering physical voucher for purchase. This e-voucher promotion will only be available for purchase through our Polar website.
  2. How many pieces of e-vouchers or Curry Puff can we buy?
    Each Polaris member is entitled to purchase up to 10 pieces of e-voucher, which is redeemable for 10 pieces of Curry Puff.
  3. Why can’t I buy more than 10 e-vouchers?
    Curry Puff Day is a celebration event to thank our customers for supporting us throughout the 96 years of establishment, and we would like to extend this offer to as many customers as possible to enjoy our signature Curry Puff.
  4. Can I register for membership and purchase the e-vouchers on the spot?
    Yes, you may register now and log-in to your account to purchase the $1 Curry Puff e-voucher immediately. It will only take a few minutes to complete the registration.
  5. How do I purchase the $1 Curry Puff e-voucher?
    You may purchase the e-voucher by visiting this and these steps:
    Register or log-in to your account.
    Select your preferred number of e-voucher for purchase, every customer is entitled to 10 e-voucher for this promotion.
    Proceed to checkout and payment
    Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with the e-voucher link and wallet.
  6. Can I make separate purchases on the 3 different days?
    Yes, you can. Each Polaris member may purchase up to 10 e-vouchers within the promotion period.

  7. CONFIRMATION
    I have made my payment for the e-vouchers, will I receive any confirmation?
    E-vouchers will be sent to the account’s registered email address upon successful payment. The link will be on the Order Confirmation email.
  8. I did not receive any email confirmation, has my payment gone through?
    Do check your Spam Folder of the registered email address if you did not receive the email confirmation in your inbox. Alternatively, you will be able to check the payment status from your account.

    Simply follow these steps:
    • Log-in to your account via the website
    • Click on My Account on the top left-hand corner of the menu bar
    • Under My Dashboard > view under Recent Orders
    o If the payment status shows ‘Pending’, the transaction is unsuccessful. You may wish to re-purchase the e-vouchers again.
    o If the payment status shows ‘Processing’, the transaction is successful, and you will be able to view your e-vouchers by clicking on the button My Voucher.

  10. When can I start to redeem my e-vouchers?
    Our redemption period will start from 11 April up to 30 June 2022. You may redeem your e-voucher at any of our retail outlets.
  11. How do I redeem the Curry Puff after payment?
    Redemption can be done at any outlet, based on the stock availability. To process your redemption, our outlet staff are required to key in a redemption code on your phone.
  12. Can I redeem multiple e-vouchers at a time?
    Sure, you may redeem the e-vouchers individually, or in multiples.
  13. If Curry Puffs is out of stock, can I exchange for other the items?
    This celebration and e-voucher is applicable to our signature Curry Puff only. Alternatively, you may call the outlets in advance to check for stock availability before heading down to avoid disappointment.
