By purchasing the Chicken Pie Day Special e-voucher, you acknowledged and agreed to the T&Cs listed herewith.

  • Every Polaris member will be limited to purchase 5 abovementioned e-vouchers for the Chicken Pie Day promotion held from 1 to 3 October 2021.
  • E-vouchers will be available for sale from 1 to 3 Oct 2021, or while stocks last; whichever is earlier.
  • Redemption and self-collection of the Chicken Pies may be made at any Polar retail outlets from 1 November 2021 to 31 January 2022. While stocks last in outlet.
  • During redemption of the e-vouchers, you will be required to hand your phone over to our outlet staff so they may key in a pin. This is necessary to complete the redemption process.
  • E-vouchers will be sent to the registered email address upon successful payment. The link will be on the Order Confirmation email. (Payment status ‘Pending’ reflects an unsuccessful transaction, and members will have to re-order again. If in doubt, check your registered email first.)
  • E-vouchers, and Chicken Pies received, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly check your order before payment. Strictly no cancellation of order upon payment confirmation.
  • Chicken Pie Day promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, and vouchers.
  • Images are for illustration purpose only.
  • There will be strictly no extensions, and the e-vouchers will be invalid after 31 January 2022.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  1. How may I redeem the vouchers?
    You may show the e-voucher at any of our Polar retail outlets for redemption from 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2022, while stocks last. Note that our outlet staff will need to key in a code on your phone to process this redemption.
  2. Can I make separate purchases on the 3 different days?
    Yes, you can. Each Polaris account may purchase a total of 5 e-vouchers within the 3 days.
  3. What if I wish to redeem multiple e-vouchers at a time?
    Yes, you may redeem the e-vouchers individually, or in multiples.
  4. Can I just purchase the Chicken Pie Day Special deal at the outlet?
    You may do so by scanning the QR codes displayed in the outlets from 1 to 3 Oct 2021 to purchase the e-voucher. The redemption for the Chicken Pies will be from 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2022 at our outlets, during store opening hours, while stocks last. Due to the pandemic, we wish to keep you and everyone safe by avoiding queues and crowds at the outlet.
  5. Why must I wait a month before redeeming my Chicken Pie Special e-vouchers?
    In light of the current increase in number of cases, we would like do our part for the safety of our customers and staff, and avoid overcrowding at the outlets for this month. You will have 3 months starting from 1st November to slowly redeem your e-vouchers. We thank you for your kind understanding, as we all do our part to keep one another safe.
  6. Can I register for membership and enjoy the promotion on the spot?
    Yes, the Polaris membership registration only takes a few minutes if you do not already have an account. You may immediately purchase this deal after that.
  7. If Chicken Pies are out of stock, can I exchange for other items?
    The promotion is only applicable to our Chicken Pies. You may call ahead to the outlet to check for stock. The Polaris membership also entitles you to 10% off regular items.
