1. When can I make an online purchase?

You may place an advance order within 30 days from the collection/delivery date. A minimum of 2 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) is required for all orders. For 3D cakes, please order at least 5 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) in advance. Due to festive season, peak period or time slots, we strongly recommend all customers to place their order as early as possible.

2. Do I have to create an account to place an order?
You may use our guest checkout option to place an order if you do not wish to register an account with us.

3. Why should I become an online member? Is it free?
It is free to join our online member. By registering an online account with us, you can view your transaction history and make faster re-order purchases as personal particulars and billing address are stored and saved. From time to time, we may also give special promotion to our online members.

4. How can I use the voucher code or e-voucher?
You may order as usual and review your order. Upon check out, enter the voucher code and the discounts will be reflected with the total payable amount. Only one voucher code or e-voucher can be used per delivery order.
Voucher code or e-voucher cannot be used for purchasing Polaris membership or membership renewable, delivery charges and promotional items.
Each order placement can only use one type of privilege, discount or promotion. Privilege, promotion, e-discounts, e-voucher or e-voucher code cannot be combined for used.

5. How can I cancel my order?
Please verify your order before payment as no cancellation is allowed.
